I moved to Winnemucca to get out of the rain of the Pacific Northwest.  I love living in a rural community!  Life in the high desert is anything but boring!

The work I do integrates energetic and light touch techniques with more traditional deep tissue and trigger point massge.  When doing more subtle work, I allow the client's body to lead me to where my assistance is needed most.  Most clients find a balance with the variety of techniques, however some bodies do better with more of one than the other.  I aim to tailor each session to the needs and comfort of the client.
